Initial enquiry information

• Name and email address
• Dates, group size and enquiry category
• The message a visitor chooses to write
• Optional practical accessibility preferences and requirements supplied by the visitor, or a request to discuss these privately. No diagnosis or medical history is requested
• For Hike & Fly enquiries: mountain walking experience and previous tandem flight experience

Do not send sensitive information

Do not include medical details or other sensitive personal information in the first enquiry. If a chosen independent professional later needs such information, they must explain their own collection and handling arrangements.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry information is used to respond to the visitor's request and, where requested, to consider a possible introduction. The intended legal basis is taking steps at the visitor's request before any possible agreement with an independent provider and, for routine correspondence, the controller's legitimate interest in answering enquiries. This basis should be checked against the final process and account configuration.

Email-draft forms

The forms on this website prepare a message on the page. The visitor can open it in their own email application or copy it into their usual email service, then review it and press Send. The website does not receive or store the form fields merely because the button was pressed. No telephone number or WhatsApp details are requested by these forms.

Sharing with an independent provider

An initial enquiry does not authorise onward sharing. Before any disclosure, Unique Aspect will identify the proposed recipient, explain the purpose, specify the minimum information to be shared and obtain separate affirmative permission. Refusing permission does not prevent a visitor from receiving a reply from Unique Aspect.

Recipients and services

• Hostinger: professional email and domain services
• OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites: website hosting, subject to the terms applying to the owner's account
• A specifically identified independent professional or accommodation provider, but only after separate permission
• No sale of personal information

International processing

ChatGPT Sites does not support data residency at launch. The applicable hosting locations, transfers and safeguards depend on the OpenAI agreement and account in use and should be recorded for the account in use. Email processing should likewise be checked against the Hostinger service configuration.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiry emails should be manually deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless another documented legal obligation requires retention. Correspondence needed for documented disputes or legal obligations is retained separately only for that purpose and for the period required; no universal period is stated. Automatic deletion has not been implemented.

Rights and complaints

Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection may be sent to hello@uniqueaspect.eu. Applicability depends on the circumstances. Complaints may be made to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL, at https://www.cnil.fr/.
