Mountain-leader introductions

Unique Aspect may introduce a guest directly to an independent mountain leader and may relay a price confirmed by that leader. Unique Aspect receives no commission for the introduction. The leader is responsible for their own offer, suitability checks, arrangements, contract, service and payment.

Chalet introductions

Unique Aspect may identify a suitable accommodation provider and, after separate permission, make a direct introduction. The provider remains responsible for availability, price, booking terms, contract, accommodation and payment. No commission or introduction fee is currently received by Unique Aspect.

French tourism and property-intermediation law

A professional adviser has reported that no additional formalities are required for the current chalet recommendation and introduction arrangement. This report is not independently verified and is not presented as legal clearance. Direct introductions and direct provider payment do not by themselves establish a legal exemption.

Retreat enquiries

Individuals and groups may enquire about running, race-preparation and team retreats. Kristian provides hosting, local knowledge and coordination; independent professionals lead the running, coaching and instructional sessions and provide specialist services. Providers are approached after an enquiry and confirm their own availability, scope, offers and terms. Guests contract with and pay each provider directly.

An enquiry does not confirm a programme, place or service. No booking or payment is taken through this website. Direct provider payment does not itself determine the regulatory status of the overall arrangement; the final retreat coordination model must be reviewed before services are committed.

Taste of the Alps enquiries

Taste of the Alps presents mountain days with food brought and prepared by guests, or meals eaten at mountain refuges and restaurants. Guests buy, carry, store and prepare their own food, including any cooking. For venue meals, the refuge or restaurant prepares and serves the food; guests agree the meal and pay the venue directly. Kristian helps coordinate the plans and any independent activity introduction.

Activities, access, venue availability, any cooking permissions and practical arrangements are discussed before booking. Outdoor cooking is only an option where permitted and suitable. Weather decisions, alternatives and cancellation terms are agreed with the relevant providers for each enquiry. An initial enquiry does not confirm a booking or payment.

For a venue meal, discuss ingredients, dietary needs and allergies directly with the refuge or restaurant before reserving. When bringing food, guests choose and look after supplies suited to their group and the outing. No particular menu, route, moonlight or weather outcome is guaranteed.

Hike & Fly enquiries

Hike & Fly is an experience in development. Enquiries are expressions of interest. The walking provider, independent tandem professional, contract and payment arrangements, insurance responsibilities, and cancellation or alternative arrangements must be confirmed before any bookable offer. A flight is subject to conditions and is never guaranteed.

Unique Aspect will identify the proposed recipient, purpose and minimum information before asking for separate affirmative permission to share personal details.
