Mountain-leader and chalet introductions are free, with no commission. My own hosting and guest support is a paid service, with a fee agreed per stay or event.

Who confirms what?
Chalet stays
The authorised provider confirms availability, occupancy, price, booking terms and payment. A recommendation from Unique Aspect is not a reservation.
Retreat enquiries
Discuss your aims with Kristian by email. Independent professionals and other providers are approached for your request, then confirm their own availability, prices and terms. You contract with and pay providers directly.
Hike & Fly enquiries
The walking provider, independent tandem pilot, contracts, payment, insurance responsibilities and weather arrangements are still being confirmed. No price or bookable offer is published yet.
Taste of the Alps · Mountain day price on request
Bring your own picnic, cook your own food where permitted, or plan a meal at a mountain refuge or restaurant. The mountain day depends on group size, duration, route, transport, activities, independent professionals and equipment.
Guests buy and look after their own food, or pay the venue directly for a meal there. Food is separate from the activity price. Venue availability, practical arrangements and weather or cancellation terms are discussed before booking.
Before agreeing an offer, ask about:
- The total price and what it includes
- Equipment hire, transport, lift tickets or meals that cost extra
- Deposit and balance arrangements
- Cancellation, changes and weather-related alternatives
- Participant requirements and any insurance conditions
- Who provides the service and who your contract is with
